Human Resource as a Tool of Manipulation and Populism
In today’s world, the offensive of fascism and misanthropy is no longer carried out through military coups or open tyranny. Instead, it advances through manipulation, populism, and the systematic degradation of civic responsibility. The human resource—our collective energy, labor, and intellect—is being used as an instrument to entrench authoritarian control, moral decay, and social apathy.
The Conditions for Manipulation
1️⃣ Low Responsibility, Weak Morality, and Passive Citizens
A society where individuals refuse responsibility is ripe for exploitation. When people stop questioning, stop engaging, and stop standing up for justice, they become passive tools in the hands of those who seek power at any cost. The decline of civic consciousness allows populists to dictate reality, rewriting values and shaping a world where ethics are inconvenient, and accountability is optional.
2️⃣ Populism Feeds on Greed and Venality
Those who sell their conscience for personal gain—the venal, the unprincipled, the opportunists—are the perfect allies of populist regimes. These individuals ensure that corruption thrives and that truth is drowned out by propaganda, all while lining their own pockets at the expense of society.
3️⃣ Encouragement of Apathy and Weakness
Why think critically when entertainment is endless? Why take action when power assures you that “everything is under control”? Populists discourage strength and personal initiative, replacing them with cynicism, hopelessness, and dependence. A society conditioned to believe that nothing can be changed becomes an accomplice to its own destruction.
4️⃣ The Idolization of an Idle Lifestyle & the Propaganda of Crime
When success is measured by material wealth alone, and when ethics are dismissed as naive idealism, crime ceases to be seen as a violation of justice. Instead, it is framed as “opportunity” and even “diversity”. The normalization of fraud, corruption, and manipulation is no accident—it is an intentional tactic to dismantle social solidarity and ensure that no real resistance can form.
Are We Ready for the Consequences?
- If we tolerate populism, are we prepared for a world where truth has no meaning, and justice is bought and sold?
- If we allow moral degradation, will we accept a future where human life holds no value beyond its economic utility?
- If we remain indifferent, can we later deny responsibility for the suffering and destruction our inaction allowed?
The greatest victory of fascism and misanthropy is not in the violence they inflict—it is in the minds they capture and the hearts they empty. The choice before us is clear: wake up and resist or sleepwalk into a nightmare of our own making.
What will you choose?
